Last July, we discontinued our newsletter tool and completed an integration with MailChimp. While many clients were sad to see our simple tool go, we know you will all love the feature-filled newsletter application!
As promised, here are some quick guides to help you get started.1 – If you do not already have a MailChimp account, you will need to create one.
2 – Next you will have to authorize CalendarSpots to access your MailChimp account in order to automatically sync your list.
3 – We recommend perusing Mailchimp’s support page to learn exactly how to use it to build, send and track your campaigns.
4 – Note that you can view your newsletter history as well as your subscriber activity log in CalendarSpots at any time. The activity log is a useful way to quickly spot any changes to your subscriber list without having to log in to MailChimp.
If you prefer to use another newsletter editor such as Constant Constant or CakeMail, you can still do so by simply generating a distribution list from your customer database and uploading it to that software.
