Package tracking now available with workshops

If you sell packages or bundles to your clients, it was already possible to track usage thanks to our package tracking feature. Now it is also possible to track packages related to workshops and other group services.

What is package tracking?

It’s an option that allows you to track:

  • Which clients have purchased packages and when
  • How many appointments have been redeemed against a package and how many remain
  • When packages expire if not used

How much does package tracking cost?

This option is available at no additional cost for clients with a PRO account. Other clients can also add package tracking to their account for an additional $5 per month.

How to activate this feature in your account?
