Successful businesses know that long term success depends on the ability to foster long lasting client relationships. You probably know your regular clients by name, but how to keep track of those clients that haven’t translated into repeat business or haven’t visited you in a while?
CalendarSpots just released a nifty feature which makes it easy to produce a Retention Report, or list of clients which have not booked an appointment with you within a specified time period. This allows you to follow-up with clients to generate repeat business.
To create your report, navigate to the Reports tab and select Retention. Enter a date and click on Generate Report. Note: Only Administrators can generate reports.
The software will list up up 1,000 client names at a time. The report can be printed or extracted in CSV (Excel) format.
