How To Create and Export a Mailing List for your Newsletter Application

This guide will show you how to extract a mailing list from your CalendarSpots.com account.

Step 1. Access the Create List module

In order to create a mailing list that can be exported for use in a newsletter application, log into your CalendarSpots.com account and go to Newsletter->Create List.

Step 2. Select Clients and Groups to Export

The mailing list creator will output a CSV file that contains your contacts' first name, last name, birthday and email address. You may choose to include or exclude various clients or groups of clients.

IMPORTANT

For security reasons, only Account Owners and Administrators may extract mailing lists.
