How To Reschedule a Booked Appointment
Step 1. Enter the "Staff Day Planner" Section
After selecting the "Planners" tab in the Work Area, select the "Staff Day Planner" tab. Today's schedule is displayed by default.
Step 2. Select the Date of the Booked Appointment
Find the date of the booked appointment by using the interactive calendar to the left of the daily schedule. The selected day will be highlighted in blue in the calendar and the day's schedule will appear to the left. You may also move to the correct date by using the arrows located above or below the daily schedule.
Step 3. Reschedule the Appointment (Same Day, New Time)
In the daily schedule, select the appointment block by left-clicking the block's time banner (top of the block) and drag it to the desired time slot; the time slot must be free for the entire duration of the appointment. Should there be any conflict with resources (such as a room conflict), a warning window will appear. You may select a new time slot again by moving the appointment block to another available time slot.
Step 3. Reschedule the Appointment (New Day, New Time)
In the daily schedule, select the appointment you wish to reschedule by double-clicking on it. In the Appointment Details window that appears, reschedule the appointment by using the drop-down menus next to "Date" and "Time". Should there be any conflict with resources (such as a room or staff conflicts), a warning window will appear. To confirm the new appointment, click on the "Update" button.
